POLYLINE BAG FILTER HOUSINGS

The Eaton POLYLINE bag filter housing is molded from glass filled polypropylene or Kynar (PVDF) - having no metal components.  POLYLINE bag filters are designed for use with aggressive liquids that would ordinarily require an exotic alloy such as Hastelloy or Inconel.  POLYLINE bag filters have a hand removable "spin-off" cover to facilitate easy no-tools access to the filter bag chamber.  All POLYLINE bag filter housings have an integral vent valve as well as taps for installing a differential pressure gauge.

As a molded product, POLYLINE bag filter housings have an exceptionally smooth interior and exterior finish, lacking crevices or surface irregularities to trap process fluid.  The mounting flange simplifies installation and forms a rigid base. The POLYLINE bag filter has interchangeable bottom connections to enable in-line or same side ("loop") flow path configurations.

The polypropylene and PVDF POLYLINE bag filter housings are available with either 2" 150# RF ANSI flanged or FNPT (threaded) connections in both the #1 and #2 filter bag sizes.  They can also be provided with an adapter to accept either 20" or 30" long filter cartridges for increased application flexibility.

We can also provide bag filter vessels made of PVC and CPVC; for this option or if you are not sure which type of filter housing would be most appropriate for your application, please fill out our non-alloy filter housing inquiry form and we'll reply quickly.
