Eaton UNIBAG economy filter bags are made of needle felt material containing up to 40% silicon-free recycled fibers.  UNIBAG filter bags are manufactured in accordance  ISO 9001:2015 quality control standards to assure performance consistency.  UNIBAG filter bags have a crush style sealing ring and a welded seam construction, making them a more efficient  and environmentally friendly alternative to SNAP-RING filter bags due to the fact they contain 40% premium recycled fibers without whitening additives.

 

The welded seam design maximizes strength and reliability with an automated manufacturing process resulting in competitive prices when compared to  SNAP-RING filter bags.   The crush seal for UNIBAG filter bags is referred to as the UNIRING and it ensure a bypass-free seal between the filter bag and restrainer (support) basket.  The UNIRING is available in both polypropylene and polyester materials of construction.

 

UNIBAG filter bags are made from polypropylene or polyester needle felt; polyester is typically used for higher liquid temperatures.  The surface of the filter bag is singed to reduce the potential of fiber migration.  The UNIRING has molded handles to make it easier to pull the dirty filter bag from its support basket.  Common accessories which improve performance including bag positioners, magnetic inserts and displacement balloons are compatible with UNIBAGs.
