LOFMEM-T™ PTFE membrane filter cartridges are designed for aggressive fluid applications and environments. LOFMEM-T™ filter cartridges are inherently hydrophilic and contain no added surfactants or wetting agents. LOFMEM-T™ filter cartridges offer precision filtration performance in the most aggressive environments.  They are manufactured from polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) membrane with additional polypropylene support layers and components.  The HIMA retentive PTFE membrane offers superior hydrophobicity and water intrusion resistance compared to PVDF based media and are more economical than alternative  fluorocarbon filter cartridges. 

 

LOFMEM-T™ filter cartridges are highly compatible with the most rigorous sanitizing methods in the beverage industry, are manufactured in ISO Class 7 cleanroom and 100% flushed. Reliability is further assured with the LOFMEM-T™ integrity testable design.

 

LOFMEM-T™ PTFE filter cartridges offer full traceability marking, Integrity testing and 100% flushing with 18 MΩ-cm de-ionized water prior to shipment.   LOFMEM-T™ PTFE filter cartridges are validated to USP Class VI biological Standards for Plastics. Manufactured in ISO Class 7 Cleanroom Environment.  LOFMEM-T™ filter cartridges may be steamed or autoclaved for as many as 5 one-hour cycles @ 135°C (275°F).
