The Eaton TOPCART™ filter cartridge housings are engineered for demanding industrial applications requiring high-flow filtration performance. Designed for use with 10", 20", 30", 40" and 60" length filter cartridges, TOPCART housings provide long service life and reliable sealing under tough operating conditions.

 

Built from high-quality stainless steel (304/316), TOPCART™ delivers durability and corrosion resistance across a wide range of process fluids, making it an excellent choice for industries such as chemical, water treatment, automotive, electronics, metal cleaning, and pharmaceuticals.

• 316 SS construction for corrosion resistance

• Glass bead blasted housing finish

• Housing head with secure eye bolt closure

• O-ring cover seal in NBR (standard), with EPDM and FKM options

The Eaton TOPCART™ housing supports a wide range of industrial and process applications, including:

TOPCART filter housings are offered in two designs, the MF for industry standard filter cartridges and the HF for Eatons proprietary high capacity filter cartridges.

 

TOPCART-MF

Designed to use industry standard filter cartridges having a diameter up to 2.8" for lengths from 10" to 40".  There are filter housing designs for 1, 3, 4, 5, 7, 12, 22 and 36 cartridges for a maximum flow range up to 1,584 GPM.   They accept single and double open end (SOE and DOE) filter cartridge designs.

  • LOFTREX-N (1.0 - 100 microns @ 90% efficiency)

  • LOFTREX-M (1.0 - 150 microns @ 95% efficiency)

  • LOFMEM-W (0.05 - 0.65 microns @ 99.98% efficiency)

  • LOFMEM-T (0.05 - 1.0 microns @ 99.98% efficiency)

  • LOFPLEAT-EE (0.2 - 50 microns @ 99.98% efficiency)

  • LOFMET (0.5 - 100 microns @ 99.95% efficiency)

• Maximum operating pressure: 232 PSIG

• Maximum operating temperature: 320°F (160°C)

  • NOTE: with exception to the LOFMET filter cartridges, filter cartridges have a lower temperature rating than the housing

 

TOPCART HF

The TOPCART HF is designed to use Eatons high capacity LOFPLEAT-HF filter cartridges having a 6" diameter with 20", 40" or 60" length.  The HF filter housings can accommodate 1, 4, 7 or 11 LOFPLEAT-HF cartridge for up to 5,500 GPM flow rates.

• Accepts Eaton high capacity LOFPLEAT-HF filter cartridges, 1, 5, 10 and 20 microns @ 99.9% efficiency

• Maximum operating pressure: 232 PSIG

• Maximum operating temperature: 320°F (160°C)

  • NOTE: LOFPLEAT-HF filter cartridges have a maximum temperature rating of 176°F (80°C)
