LOFCLEAR 100 Automotive Series filter bags are modified versions of the industrial LOFCLEAR line, engineered specifically for the automotive coating and finishing industry. These bags effectively remove trace silicone oil and other crater-causing substances from coatings without stripping out essential pigments. Constructed from polypropylene melt-blown fibers, they feature a crush-style sealing ring that improves its seal as differential pressure increases, ensuring BETA 100 absolute particle retention at 10, 20, 30, or 40 microns.

 

Available Models:

1. Model LCR-1x8: Electrostatically charged media for adsorption of particles and oils in e-coat systems (40 microns @ 99%).
2. Model LCR-1x9: Dual-layer design for increased dirt-holding capacity (30 microns @ 99%).
3. Model LCR-1x0: Multi-layer design for fine filtration (20 microns).
4. Model LCR-1x5: The finest retention (10 microns) for clear coat applications where pigment removal is not a concern.
