LOFPLEAT HF-G fiberglass pleated filter cartridges

 

 

LOFPLEAT HF-G pleated filter cartridges support flow rates as high as 500 GPM with absolute retentions of 1, 2½, 4½, 10 and 20 μm at beta 1000 efficiency.  Constructed of a pleated micro fiberglass material with either a polyester or polypropylene cage, the flow path is from the inside to outside, thus the internal volume of the cartridge provides a tremendous amount of particulate holding capacity.

 

The high flow rate design minimizes the size of the filter housing required and fewer cartridges equates to reduced spares and labor costs.  The thermal bonded construction does not require any adhesives or wetting agents during the manufacturing process.
